The European University of Tirana launched the call for application for lectures, in the framework of the project ‘Connecting Science-Society Collaborations for Sustainability Innovations’, CONSUS. The Call invites lecturers from European University of Tirana to participate in trainings organized in partner Universities (in EU and beyond) with regard to innovative teaching methods. There will be 4-6 lecturer from the European University of Tirana who will be involved in these training sessions.

In the framework of Tempus ConSus project, the European University of Tirana (UET) has organized the first workshop with the participation of stakeholders from science and society, at the premises of UET. The establishment of the Network for Albanian socio-economic stakeholders was a success not only in term of diverse participation of stakeholders but also due to their contribution into the raised topics and issues. Despite the current stakeholder involved in the Network, it is stated that the participation is opened and dynamic, which means that new stakeholders may join the Network in the due course.

rce consusWithin the annual RCE global conference 2014 In Okayama/Japan the EU-Tempus project “ConSus” was recognized as an “Outstanding Flagship Project”. The project was appreciated for its contribution to strengthen the connection and collaboration between higher education institutions, research and ESD practice.
